Your Tasks
You build productive software around generative AI and AI agents with us.
Technical: what you build
- You put modern workflows with language models and coding agents to meaningful use
- You build frontends that make complex AI understandable and usable
- You develop backends and integrations that reliably connect data, models, and systems
- You structure requirements and derive robust technical solutions from them
- You make AI results measurable and reliable, with evaluations and tests that show a feature really works
- You continuously improve internal tools, frameworks, and processes
Project management & communication: how you get it done
- You drive projects or sub-projects independently, from requirement to delivery, always with scope, priorities, and timeline in view
- You communicate project progress transparently and actively manage expectations
- You make pragmatic decisions together with clients and the team and implement them quickly
- You take responsibility for progress and outcome — and get a lot of freedom for it here
What you bring
- German at C2 level and at least English B1
- strong proficiency in at least one object-oriented, strongly typed language
- experience with backend development, databases, or system integration
- genuine interest in generative AI, language models, retrieval, and agentic systems as well as AI-native software development
- AI tools and coding agents are a natural part of your daily work
- enjoyment in achieving visible progress every week while still working cleanly
- clear and precise communication of technical topics for clients and team
- the ability to structure requirements, make technical decisions, and implement topics independently
- a good sense of how to develop faster with AI without losing quality and reliability
- ideally, you have already taken responsibility in projects
