Analytics Services
Matomo
For the purpose of searching for and analyzing errors, evaluating usage, and deriving measures for the future development of our website, we process your data using the local analytics software Matomo, InnoCraft Ltd., 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand.
Since this service is a local analytics tool, no personal data is forwarded to the service provider or to third parties. Furthermore, your personal data is anonymized immediately after collection. Storage of personal data beyond the initial processing step therefore does not take place.

Use of the AI Service AVA
Description of the Service
On our website, we offer the AI-powered agent AVA. AVA allows users to test their own skills in the field of AI engineering in an interactive conversation.
Type and Scope of Processed Data
The use of AVA is fundamentally anonymous. During the conversation, only the texts you enter are processed. During the conversation, you may voluntarily provide an email address (e.g., to enable further contact). In this case, we store the email address together with the conversation history.
Purposes of Processing
- Conducting the AI challenge and evaluating your responses
- (Optional) Contacting you based on the email address you provided, to initiate a possible application process or further discussions
Legal Bases
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest), to technically provide and further develop the challenge
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), if you voluntarily provide your email address
Recipients / Processors
Conversation data is stored with our processor Langfuse GmbH, Novalisstr. 11, 10115 Berlin. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR exists with Langfuse.
Storage Duration
We delete your data as soon as the purpose of processing ceases — in particular when there is no interest in further contact or you revoke your consent. In this case, both your conversation and email address will be completely deleted at Langfuse.
No Automated Decision-Making
No automated evaluation or selection of applications takes place through AVA. All results and information are reviewed exclusively by designated employees; no automated decision within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR is made.
Right to Object
If the processing of your personal data is based on legitimate interest, you have the right to object to this processing.
If there are no compelling legitimate grounds for processing on our part, the processing of your data on this legal basis will be discontinued.
Additionally, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing. In the event of an objection, your personal data will no longer be processed for the purpose of direct marketing.
The lawfulness of data processed prior to the objection is not affected by the objection.
Right of Revocation
