Your Tasks
- Implement modern AI workflows with language models, retrieval, search, and coding agents effectively
- Build frontends that make complex AI functionality understandable and usable
- Develop backends and integrations that reliably connect data, models, and systems
- Structure requirements and derive robust technical solutions from them
- Drive projects or sub-projects independently
- Make pragmatic decisions together with clients and the team, and execute quickly
- Continuously improve our internal tools, frameworks, and development processes
Your Profile
- German at C2 level
- Strong proficiency in at least one object-oriented, strongly typed language
- Experience with backend development, databases, or system integration
- Genuine interest in generative AI, language models, search technologies, and AI-native software development
- Confidence in using modern AI and coding agents as part of your workflow
- Enjoyment in achieving visible progress every week while working cleanly
- The ability to structure requirements, make technical decisions, and implement topics independently
