Since GPT-4 launched, we've delivered 29 projects with 600,000 AI actions every month — across fields like fire safety, tax law, SaaS, and medical devices. We build AI copilots for engineers, expert GPTs for trade publishers, AI-first frontends for SaaS providers, and AI coaches for school children. We combine state-of-the-art language models with decades of software engineering experience for German world market leaders.
Our clients don't just face technical questions — they also face organizational ones: What posture and vision do we have at the management level? How do processes change? Which roles, structures, and decisions need to be rethought?
That's why we're looking for you as Principal Consultant for AI & Transformation — someone who shapes consulting at the client, designs projects, accompanies change, and actively helps build new AI-related consulting offerings.
Your Tasks
- Designing and running consulting projects at the intersection of organization, transformation, and the use of AI
- Winning new projects — through proposal development, client conversations, and sparring with partners
- Running workshops, facilitation, and analyses at client sites
- Developing concrete measures so that AI solutions don't just work technically, but actually deliver value in day-to-day work
- Accompanying change processes in teams, business units, and organizations
- Identifying opportunities in existing projects and developing further consulting offerings
Your Profile
- Several years of experience as an organizational consultant, change consultant, transformation consultant, or in a comparable role
- Demonstrable experience with client development, proposal work, and project acquisition
- Experience in consulting or transformation projects with direct client contact
- You can prepare, facilitate, and follow up on workshops independently
- You understand organizations, decision-making processes, and change dynamics in practice
- Genuine interest in technology, software, and especially AI
- Structured, self-directed, and entrepreneurial way of working
- High willingness to travel and enjoyment of working directly with clients on site
- German at C2 level, English at C1 level or higher
